Manufacturer Material Warranty
Every material we install comes with its own manufacturer warranty. Because we install to spec, your material warranty stays fully valid.
Age, damage, and the condition of your decking are the main factors. If your roof is approaching 20–25 years old, has widespread shingle failure, or has decking damage that compromises the structure underneath, replacement is usually the right call. If a targeted repair will solve the problem and extend the roof's life meaningfully, we'll tell you that instead. We don't push replacements — we recommend what's actually right.
Most residential replacements are completed in one to two days. Larger homes, complex rooflines, or tile roofs may take a day or two longer. We'll give you a realistic timeline before we start — and we stick to it.
You don't need to be home during the work itself, but we do ask that someone is available at the start and end of the project. We walk through the scope before we begin and review the completed work with you before we leave.
Only if we uncover hidden decking damage that wasn't visible during inspection — which we document and walk you through before doing any additional work. We don't surprise you with add-ons at the end of a job.
We tear off and remove your existing roofing material, inspect and address the decking underneath, and dispose of all debris. Your property is left clean.
