Proudly Serving Central Florida
Roofing Shouldn't Be Complicated.
Built for Florida Businesses
Built for Property Owners, Managers, and Developers.
We work with commercial property owners, building managers, and developers across Central Florida. Whether you're replacing an aging system on an existing building, dealing with storm damage, or spec'ing out a new construction project, we bring the same approach to every engagement: assess the structure honestly, recommend the right system for the application, and install it to a standard that doesn't require follow-up work.
We serve a range of commercial property types including retail centers, office buildings, warehouses, light industrial facilities, multi-tenant properties, and mixed-use developments.
Commercial Services
The Right System for Your Property. Installed the Right Way.
TPO Roofing
The most widely specified commercial roofing system in the country — and for Florida properties, one of the most practical. TPO's reflective surface deflects heat and reduces cooling costs in a climate where air conditioning runs year-round. When installed with properly heat-welded seams and correct detailing at every edge and penetration, it's a durable, low-maintenance system that can last 20 to 30 years.
EPDM Roofing
A synthetic rubber membrane with over 50 years of proven performance in commercial roofing. EPDM is known for its flexibility, weather resistance, and durability — qualities that matter in Florida's demanding climate. Available in fully adhered, mechanically fastened, or ballasted configurations depending on your building's structure and requirements.
Flat Roofs
Most commercial flat roof failures are installation problems — not design problems. Get the drainage right, weld the seams correctly, and detail every penetration and edge to spec, and a flat roof is one of the most reliable systems available. That's the standard we work to on every flat roof project.
How We Work.
Site Assessment & Recommendations
We inspect your roof and assess the substrate, drainage, structural load, and any penetrations affecting the system. Then we recommend the solution that fits your building, budget, and long-term priorities — not the one that's easiest for us to install.
Manufacturer-Compliant Installation
Every commercial roof we install is built to manufacturer specification — heat-welded seams on TPO, proper adhesion or fastening on EPDM, correct slope and drainage on flat roofs, and detailed attention to every penetration, parapet, drain, and edge.
Documentation & Handoff
We inspect the completed work, document everything, register your warranty, and hand you a complete project file. You'll know exactly what was installed, how it was installed, and what it's backed by.
Accountability That Doesn't End When We Leave the Job Site.
Strux Lifetime Workmanship Warranty: We stand behind the quality of our installation on every commercial project. If a workmanship issue arises, we come back and make it right — no runaround.
Manufacturer Material Warranty: Every system we install is registered with the manufacturer. Because we install to spec, your material warranty stays fully valid and enforceable.
Commercial Roofing
-
What types of commercial properties do you work on?
We work on retail centers, office buildings, warehouses, light industrial facilities, multi-tenant properties, strip centers, and mixed-use commercial developments across Central Florida. If you're not sure whether your property fits, give us a call — we'll let you know.
-
How do I know which commercial roofing system is right for my building?
It depends on your building's structure, slope, drainage design, load capacity, and your priorities — energy efficiency, long-term durability, budget, and maintenance preferences all factor in. We assess your specific property before making any recommendation and explain the trade-offs between systems clearly.
-
How long does a commercial roof installation take?
Timeline depends on the size and complexity of the project. We'll give you a realistic schedule during the estimate process and communicate throughout the project. We don't give timelines we can't keep.
-
Do you handle storm damage on commercial properties?
Yes. We inspect, document, and repair storm damage on commercial roofs and support the insurance claims process the same way we do for residential properties.
-
Can you work around our business operations?
We understand that commercial properties often can't simply shut down for a roofing project. We plan around your operational needs where possible and communicate the project schedule clearly so there are no unexpected disruptions.
-
Do you work on new construction projects?
Yes. We work with developers and general contractors on commercial new construction roofing. We can review specifications, provide recommendations during the planning phase, and install to whatever system is specified.
-
What if an existing flat roof just needs repair rather than replacement?
We assess honestly. If repair, re-coating, or an overlay will solve the problem and extend the roof's life cost-effectively, we'll tell you that. We don't recommend full replacement when it isn't necessary.
